This point was named 'Arthur's Seat' on the name of Sir Arthur Mallet. A gallery has been constructed at this point for tourists. On the way to Ortherseat is a tank called Tiger Spring. It is said that the name is given because tigers and leopards come here to drink water at night. Malcolm Point, Castle Rock, Monkey Point, Marjory Point, Savitri Point can be seen while coming to Mahabaleshwar from Ortherseat. Echoes of our voices can be heard from the Echo point on this road.
