Description

On the Satara-Pandharpur stretch, a road on the left side of Pusegaon leads to Ner. At a distance of three kilometres from this fork, lies the Ner lake beside Ner village. This is a very beautiful lake, built by Queen Victoria in 1873 AD. Also, there is a temple of Chaitoba on a small hill in this lake.

This temple is also worth visiting. It is said that Chaitoba means Tukaram Maharaj's Guru. The distance between Satara and Ner is 24 km.
